I saw a post from forever ago saying that orange juice and salt don't mix. I tried an alternative today that actually tasted really good, and the salt added to the taste.
Just stew a few oranges, a bunch of sugar and salt, and a couple tbsp of coconut butter (I don't use oil, I think oil tastes bad). I find that salt usually goes well with fat, and this thing doesn't taste good without at least a little bit of fat.
