Safe Thermos?

I have a Stanley thermos. It's stainless steel and magnets stick to it. IIRC that means the nickel content is lower?

But given coffee's acidity and a thermos is meant to hold coffee for hours, is it potentially a problem or is it a negligible amount? Safer options out there?

This is a total judgement call, but I *think* well "broken-in" stainless steel at normal coffee temps with typical coffee PH isn't likely to dramatically increase your daily nickel intake (see here for some worst-case scenarios). But if you use it a lot, I know there's double-wall glass pseudo-thermoses, as well as ceramic thermoses.
