    Need to strain that white stuff with a cheese cloth, or muslin bag. You can also put the juice in a jar and let it settle to the bottom and then pour the liquid off.

    This looks like my first attempt to make potato juice soup. ;)
    I agree with Charlie. You have to make sure that you get rid of all the starch in the juice before you cook it.
