RLS Or Restless Leg Syndrome

since i was 12 years old

i have that pain in caalves whenever i got to bed
and whenever i wake up

i feel pain in my legs as who just run 5 miles

so im now on orange juice like 2 kilos a day
so like 8 cups

and 2 quart/liters of low fat milk
and 4 eggs cooked with 2 table spoon of coconut oil
with a cup of cheese (100 percent saturated fat)
for the whole day

i have been on that diet for the last 2 days
honestly.. for the last 17 years of my life i never felt awesome like that

no more legs pain , im feeling better every morning

I think it's caused by irritation and inflammation in the intestine, increasing serotonin.
Starches and fibers support bacterial growth and can increase serotonin.
Restless leg syndrome is another night-time reaction to bacterial overgrowth..

i believe he is so right
i just wanted to share what happened with me
because i know a lot of people are confronting this heavy pain

Eating something with carrageenan is a surefire way to give myself RLS. Which supports the RLS from intestinal irritation theory.

A food thickener made from seaweed. The authorities classify it as "safe" or "generally recognized as safe", but lots of people report inflammation from it. Peat isn't a fan of it, like other gums. Unfortunately, it's shows up in lots of foods, including milk, so read ingredients.

Recently I feel that whenever I eat any kind of meat any meat


I got a restless night with a little bit leg pain at night

Congrats! I get mild RLS after meals some times, but it's not consistent enough for me to know what foods cause it.

sorry for being kinda vague , but i have also suffered from this for a long time and i found the only thing that ever helped me is doperminergic substances
like selegiline , acteyl tyrosine , dextroamphetamine , lisuride , ejaculatory abstinence etc

Sir, I also have very bad RLS, worsening, despite medication. Can you tell me, after more time and days of experience, have you isolated what the improvement came from? Have you now altered your diet, and are things still improved?
Any additional info you can provide would be much appreciated!
I may simply try your same diet.
