I have about 45 pounds to lose. I never had any issues with weight until I took finasteride. It was manageable at that point. Last year I took a sarm(ostarine) and it's been very difficult. I've gained 20 pounds since peating

My goal is reduce the stress hormones.

Morning: Taurine, Niacinamide and 4 mcg of T3

Mid-Morning: Coffee with gelatin

Lunch: Taurine and 4 mcg of T3

Mid-Afternoon: Coffee with gelatin

Dinner: Taurine, Niacinamide, 2mg of DHEA

Before Bed: 1 grain of Tyro, Taurine, Niacinamide

Hi @Arnau I was at 257 at my peak. I'm currently 209. I was down to 201 before Christmas. I'll probably be back there by early next month. Hoping to get to 185 by spring time.

1 currently take 2 grains of cynoplus, 5 mgs of dhea, tocovit and aspirin. I will mix in dht, androsterone, test, lapodin and progesterone based on the need.

Additionally, diamox for 6 months last year and it def helped along with counting calories, adding more fruit and reducing meat

As far as fitness, not too much has changed. I've habitually lifted weights 4-6 days a week for well over a decade. I've been walking a tad more and uphill recently.
