Can anyone share either their personal stories, anecdotal testimonies or research on dependency of aspirin?

This one 'supplement'/drug has changed my life for the better; but...
how much is too much?
how often is too often?

do you ever give yourself a break from supplements to let your body 'reset'?

currently- I am having no problems taking the dosage that I am on; but when I don't take it- huge reaction.

you can discuss aspirin, or simply, RP's or your philosophy of dependence on a supplement (esp. one that can not be found in a food source).

Thank you all!

Dependency is one of those words like addiction. We're all addicted to sugar, and breathing too.

If aspirin is helping you, keep taking it. You're probably estrogen dominant, or your body has excessive inflammation like most of us, so it's a benefit to you.

With aspirin and caffeine, you probably shouldn't take a break; they're better taken regularly or semi-regularly.

DaveFoster. You are correct in the estrogen dominance inflammation diagnoses.
Aspirin has broken a 20 year issue for me, that Peating dietwise could not do.
But...if I don't take it....trouble quickly resurfaces.
Hoping the aspirin is a source of healing...not a band aid.
Thank you for your quick and thoughtful reply.
