Repository for "what covid vaccines are efficacious against"?

Hi,

@haidut has mentioned a few times that the only thing the current EUA vaccines are efficacious against is "treating symptoms of covid-19."

Does anyone have the FDA vaccine submissions with this info easily accessible? I would like to share with family members and wondering if someone has already looked up and organized this data so I don't have to myself?
