Baking soda is used to treat tubular acidosis. U can buy 650mg tablets on amazon. Acetazolamide may help as well, and i think adequate vitamij d status would be very important.

Thanks. This may sound strange but would a single dose of malic acid 800 mg be able to induce renal tubular acidosis? Thanks.
