Any particular recommendations of an effective method/substance?

Unfortunately once the worms have a foothold like they do in that photo, they must be surgically removed or destroyed with a blue laser. Since it's a controversial operation, it is most often performed by a chiropractor or family friend.

I'd like to hear more about this blue laser you speak of. But that sucks, hopefully there are more methods that involve crossing the BBB
