I don't know if you have ever experienced the eyes-defocusing that can happen when you close your eyes and relax or concentrate on your breath.
I was able to do that pretty consistently when I was doing meditation like 3 years ago. Then, I tended to loose this "ability" along with the capacity to properly meditate (focus on the breath) by the way.
Recently, it seems like I recovered it so I wonder what is the explanation for me being or not being able to do it. Could the inability be induced by stress/cortisol?
