First before anyone gets the wrong idea - I love cholesterol, feel great when I eat a bunch of eggs, and generally believe it's healthy. But eating a ton of eggs everyday can be somewhat impractical, especially if travelling and they're not as available, I can't blend a good protein shake, or I just get sick of it for a bit.
So I'm wondering, from an androgenic point of view, if eating more saturated fats can help offset lack of dietary cholesterol, and in general, what the relationship between the two is. Can one convert into the other or something? Why are they villainized together?
