Red Light Man offers their red light device which is in the 600-700nm range and the infrared device which reaches up to 850nm. Which one of the two is better for skin and scalp? I want to try use red light to see if it has any positive effects like other users have posted experiencing.

Well RLM seem to be out of stock at the moment 
I'll get the red light device when it's available again, might get IR for muscle strains etc. But it looks like visible red light is better for skin than infrared. I had terrible acne and the scars are still there on my face.
