I do apologize for posting something from Mercola's site.
But he had an interview with a guy about this "K-Laser" gizmo,
which uses a pretty Peatish spectrum of light--about 850nm to 970nm or so.

I know we've had threads about using red light panels--not lasers--for thyroid and maybe hair and other things.
But I don't think we've discussed the use of pretty high-powered red light lasers,
specifically for back pain.

I have some back issues,
so I have been wondering about these laser treatments...

Seems like a must-have healing tool.
Anyone knows how much an unit sells ?

I investigated a few days ago when I saw this.
It was expensive, for the high-powered one noted in the video/article.
Can't remember exactly, but I think it was over 2 grand.

The way I was thinking of proceeding
would be to go pay some professional who owns one
for some treatments.
If it works, I might get serious about dropping some dough.

One thing I wonder about:
just because the laser is more intense,
would it necessarily be more healing
than lying under like 1000watts of incandescants
for a longer period of time...?

It's relatively easy and cheap to get your hands on some individual adjustable focus red light lasers. Haidut posted about this a year or two ago. Those lasers will send light right through your flesh and bones in ways that would be impossible with incandescents. Whole assembled laser panels like those used for plants look expensive so I never considered buying, but are probably a lot easier to use if you want to cover a large surface area like for healing a broken limb.
