Thought I'd add a small update;

Managed to "gain" some weight, so far 183 lbs, I am sure a huge portion of it is water though, since I have a decent amount of generalized oedema since carbing up, yet strength keeps going up slowly so I am sure some of it must be lean mass aswell.
I have removed ALL fat. Currently very very low fat, probably like 15 grams a day or something from random sources. Calories are sitting arround 4000 I estimate.

My diet currently entails:
White wheat, white rice, potatoes, raw carrot, orange juice, fruits, fish collagen, lean meat (chicken breast mostly), some liver powder (manfucaturer stated it has 26000 IU vit A per 100g, so it seems to retain all nutrients normally present in liver).

I feel like skim milk is even holding me back, so I am experimenting with removing it for a few days. Will add in some egg shells for calcium if I seem better off without milk. Using some meat instead of milk to make sure I get some protein still.

Changes I notice:
  • When I keep my fat very low, everything feels a bit "lighter", movement is easier, etc.
  • I also notice my muscle glycogen fills better when I keep fat low. As in, if I eat the exact same and just add 1 tbsp of butter vs adding nothing, the one with the additional butter makes my muscles more flat. I do not know at all why this is, but it is extremely noticeable. I also get much more foggy/weaker with any sort of fat added and feel more nervous/anxious etc (it might be adrenaline).
  • Whenever I feel the best, I start coughing and sometimes a sneeze. I noticed that I literally NEVER sneeze or cough when I feel at my worst. Perhaps my immune system is supressed somehow?
  • I get a craving for light/sun-light. The coming days will be some decent weather so I am going to try be outdoors as much as possible. Currently I am using a bright daylight lamp 30 mins on waking and a random infra-red light bulb through the day as supplement, will be getting a proper device from the red light man guy soon to use red light in therapeutic dose.
  • I also notice that my hair grows faster (I need to shave more often) :P
