Hello friends, first of all sorry for my english (language).

I decide to write in the forum to have my way as a personal diary in case someone in a similar situation can help.

Describe myself:
-Man: 30 years old: train 5 times per week
-Diet: varied (now i will improve it) (im introducing ray peat advices)
-Good hair (no beard and very little body hair; almost non-existent)

Problems (and the reason I write here)
-I have always suspected that I have some kind of a hormonal imbalance. ( A few years ago, I suspected because my refractory period was very high, and i became obsessed with prolactine.

Symtoms:
-High prolactine (always above the reference range without reaching hyperprolactinemia)
-Glycemia in the upper limit (always around 100 or above)
-Cortisol in the upper limit
-Body temperature when I wake up low (36ºC maximum, on average about 35,8ºC; 96,44F)
-Very long refractary periods.
-The previous symptom, I think was the beggining of what happens to me now and that is that I´m without LIBIDO (I have never seen been very sexual, but I think it was because of my hormones)
-Over the years I have seen in my lab test that FSH and LH have been rising to the upper limit ( I think that it means that the gonadas needs to be very stimulated to produce T; as a kind of resistance).

-Other things that make me think that I have an organism with a high stress is for example; my gums are always bleeding, this become very evident when I get stressed above normal; when Im very stressed I get dandruff in my hair and my head itches.

Tested supplements and medication :

-Cabergoline to lower my prolactin. It really didnt make me feel better because prolactin (i think) is a way of my body to say that is stressed.

-Dopaminergic agonist: I used thinking that they would increase my sexuality and did not happen.

-Proviron: no help my libido

-Suplplements: I have used many and i dont remember significant effects.

Labotory works: (i have a lot of lab test, i will put the trends of hormones that concern me):

-FSH always in the upper limit (my ejaculations currently have less volume of sperm)
-T free and total in the middle range
-Vitamin D always in lower range (I live in a country with a lot of sun every year)
-Thyroid "normal"
-VitB12: always leaves me in the range but very close to the lower limit.
-ACTH and cortisol always in the upper limit.
-Glycemia upper limit

My interventions ( Im open minded for suggestions)
-Vitamin D; Vitamin K; Aspirin; B-complex; Collagen peptides; some kind of adaptogen.
-Dont consume pornography (I started 6 months ago and every time I consume less; now only 3-4times/month; before almost every day).

I think that my body has a lot of stress and is deactivating functions such as libido.

What do you think?

-I eat a lot of food (enough), with good caloric density
-I think that my training load is somewhat high, because I do strengh train and brazilian jiu jitsu.

My last measurements

TSH 1,92 (0,27-4,20)
t3 1,32 (0,83-2,00)
t3 free 3,85 (2,04-4,40)

Do you use cronometer? If not I would recommend using it for yourself and so that you can share it on here.
The first thing I'd recommend trying is consuming beef liver and oysters regularly. Low refractory periods as well as low libido could be zinc deficiency. I've seen zinc help in many cases similar to yours.

Hi friends;
Long time ago I posted about "my recovery".

Today im 33 years olds almost. Im training 3 days a week strenght training a 3 days BJJ.
Im 1.88 cm and 90 kg. Healthy body fat (i think 15-16%). I have been obsessed with my hormones since i was 20 years old (about how to optimize, testosterone, and other stuffs)

Today i had some test;

FSH,LH, Free T; Total T; DHEA SO4; vitb12, vitb9; homocisteine; vitamin D; SHBG
I want to use this treat like a journal

I start too with:

4 drops of pansterone on my wrist (two in each one)/ before eat
15 drops of energin orally/after eat
7 drops of Kuinoe (belly)/after eat

I ate ground beef, mature cheese, boiled potates with ghee and coconut water.

Im wanna add to my stack gonadin

La última noche tuve un aumento de +0,6ºC de mi temperatura basal (medir con oura ring); no se si fue por el stack o por el tren bjj (realmente era un tren muy suave)
Hoy (en la mañana mientras estaba desayunando)
- 6 gotas de pansterona en la muñeca
-20 gotas de energina en el vientre (toda la zona es amarilla)
- 5 gotas de kuinona por vía oral

No hay cambios o sentimientos diferentes todavía

I may have noticed a slight increase in libido, but it is intermittent.
I am trying to give up pornography and softporn stimuli (women in bikinis on social networks etc) as a dopamine reset (too many years of consuming those stimuli).

I ordered gonadin and will add it to my stack.

I will repeat the analysis in about a month.

I measured the levels of folic acid and vitamin b12 in the analysis and even though they were fine, the homocysteine was slightly high.

I think it may be due to a polymorphism in some enzyme involved in that pathway, we will see how it goes with energin

I am interested in lowering my FSH and LH levels as the results mean that I need a lot of stimulation to produce testosterone (it would be a kind of "resistance" in the target tissue). I may try a testosterone cream to maintain levels and have negative feedback on the axis.

I will be posting all my analytics this year.

What's your age brother? DHEA aromatizes easily, even topically. Also be mindful that vitamin K and E antagonize each other, so don't forget to get some vit E here and there. I would lower the dosages of Gonadin and Pansterone, or at least add in some androsterone to help with prolactin and aromatization

How did your routine look working up before the test?
On what day of the week did you take your first test as well as the second test?

I`m 33 years old male. i train 5 times per week.

My idea now is decrease dose of Pansterone 4 drops in the morning after breakfast, with energin (10-20 drops orally)
Thank you for the advice of the vitamin e and k, usually a took both together.
My idea too is try with other products, dont know whichs yet; maybe androsterone and a dopaminergic product, dont know, must to read more deep about it.

Yes everything come worse xD
Really i feel equal no changes detected.

My routine is always the same; wake up, breakfast (ocasionally fasting with coffee), work, train, sleep and repeat. Im trying to put more carbohydrates in my diet;
the first test i took at 11:30 am in the morning and the second test at 8 am in the morning (with out breakfast)
Im interested in the vitamin b (energin) and homocistein; i thought energin would lower my homocisteine levels.

How do you see my T levels (total, free and shbg)
Im concerned about my FSH and LH
Im going to try other products and see what happens.

I have to experiment; Lisuride, metergoline; T3; Estroban and androstendione

Only one thing worries me, my LH, for the last 2-3 years it has always been at or above the upper limit this means that the tissue needs a lot of signal to produce T (as if it had a reduced sensitivity)

And my prolactin is always above the upper limit

What do you think about my lab works?

Prolactin keeps getting higher and higher. Estrogen, cortisol and serotonin are the strongest prolactin boosters. Certain heavy metals can do it too. Inflammation is likely what increases cortisol and excess cortisol will worsen your blood sugar as well.
Do you have gut issues?
