I've seen a lot of different discussion of this. I used to take ibuprofen religiously for headaches and have recently switched to aspirin after some research into the drug and it's effects. I want to start a low dose regimen but am not sure what dosage to use. For context I am a 6'2" male at 170 lbs.

500mg/daily is a good start. You can up the dose to 1g after a while but I‘d stay withing that 500-1000mg range. While researching on this forum you will stumble upon some absurd doses I could never imagine taking or even being pro health such as 5-10 grams, etc

Ray used to recommend 2mg of Vitamin K per 325mg of aspirin to counter the blood thinning effect

I thought it was 1 mg - but could be wrong.
I personally don't handle K2 well without tons of calcium and aspirin.
