Reasons For Poor Appetite

Title pretty much says it all.

I am fatigued and I have zero appetite, but I am not sick. I wake up in the morning with zero appetite at all. Food seems disgusting to me. I pretty much force myself against my will to drink O.J. and have some coffee and that's it – maybe throughout the day I'll have some carrot juice or something but really I don't eat a proper meal until dinner, and even then it's not very much.

Only thing that has changed for me is a shift to more fructose, as an attempt to get away from relying on proteins and fats for fuel. I am seriously worried that my body is unable to process the sugars I give it.

I am worried because I used to have a voracious appetite. Could this just be some kind of mood thing? Why is my metabolism tanking?

Thanks for advice.

I find that undereating makes me have worse appetite. Try and force yourself to eat more and if that doesn't work, cypro is really good for stimulating appetite.

Hi Kyle Bigman! I was curious to know how you are and if you resolved or got to the bottom of your appetite issue?
