For about four months I was having heart palps, anxiety, dizziness, horrible SI pain, high blood pressure, enlarged tongue... I was in menopause and also coming out of my first winter in Alaska. Had CT Scans, MRI, EKG-- all was normal. My blood work was "normal" but I felt absolutely horrible. Was seeing a neurological chiropractor, naturopath, massage therapist, acupuncturist. The only thing that brought relief was Craniosacral therapy, but it was temporary.
I found Danny Roddy and began eating more Peaty after doing Keto and intermittent fasting for a year. I started taking my temp, which was about 97.2. My pulse was about 75-80, but sometimes higher because of adrenaline. I just always felt revved up inside. After about six weeks of eating more fruit, honey, milk and eating more frequently The heart palps and anxiety started to go away. I felt better.
I started seeing a hormone specialist and had an extensive blood panel done:
Cholesterol- 302
Progesterone- no measurable progesterone
DHEA-78
TSH-4.4
T3 and T4 -were normal
Vit D-40
Cortisol-20
Everything else in range. All the vitamins, minerals and every other test was in range. I had $2,000 worth of labs done.

I was put on 100 mg of oral progesterone, 25mg DHEA, 40mg of Testosterone topical, Estriol/Estradiol 60/40 (30mg) topical. The doctor told me we would look at Thyroid function again in 8 weeks when I had my follow-up blood work. I have been grounding, using red light therapy and was getting a lot of sun do to 22 hours of summer light in Alaska. I felt great for about five weeks! Now heart palps back, anxiety and just that feeling of excess adrenaline. Should I supplement with Thyroid? Are the prescribed hormones too much? Is taking testosterone/Bio-est the problem? So confused. I have spent thousands of dollars without real results! Feel helpless! Any thought or suggestions would be very appreciated ?

I think the estrogen is a big mistake and if I were in your shoes I would stop taking it. Ray Peat has suggested that it is safer to normalize your DHEA levels by taking pregnenolone instead of DHEA because DHEA can convert to estrogen if you are taking too much. Pregnenolone is available without a prescription.

Estrogen blocks thyroid function. It's a big part of the problem. Also, check all your hormone creams to determine what the base cream is made from. Soy based creams are estrogenic.

Here's an article about progesterone: Progesterone Summaries - Progesterone Deceptions - Progesterone Supplementation - Dosage of Progesterone

Your tests show that your TSH is through the roof. TSH causes inflammation problems if it is higher than 1. Ideally, you want the TSH to be less than 1. This super high TSH points to a problem with thyroid function which is probably exacerbated by the estrogen.
