Ray Peat breakfast ideas?

I'm new to Ray Peat and struggling with what it is I should be eating throughout the day. Especially for breakfast.

I seem to have a slight intolerance to dairy. Cheese is not too much of a problem but milk causes issues. I'm also gluten intolerant. In the morning I'm currently eating a large omelette with veggies and sometimes a couple of apples. It isn't enough and I know I need to be eating more. I feel no inclination to eat fruit / drink juice in the morning. There's no craving for it at all and when I do force myself to eat fruit or orange juice, it just feels as though I'm eating candy. To me it's too sweet and sickly at that time of day.

What can I eat for breakfast? Any ideas are appreciated. Also why is it such a struggle to find any Ray Peat style meal plans anywhere online?

Given that you don't want dairy or juice, I'd personally make something like potatoes and eggs or quiche.

A favorite breakfast of mine is 100g of parmesan dipped in chestnut honey, 2 soft-boiled eggs, and a fruit (usually a kiwi or an orange).

My breakfast is 100-150 grams of raw red meat, and 3 tbs of gelatin, and 200 grams of steamed vegies. And a cup of coffee with 3 tbs of coconut sugar.

I eat eggs, with cooked fruit. You can also try well cooked potatoes if you need more savory for breakfast. I usually do milk and juice mixed with Great Lakes gelatin for enough protein.

Regarding dairy...have you tried A2 milk? I was completely dairy free for 10 years and in the past year, I have resolved all of my issues with dairy by slowly reintroducing and by drinking A2 milk. I have ZERO intolerance symptoms when I drink A2 milk.

I have been "Peating" for 4.5 years now and only recently have I implemented Ray Peat's advice to have your proteins during the day and carbs and fats at night. So I flipped it having dinner for lunch and breakfast dinner and it has been suiting me nicely, with much better sleep and more energy during the day! My day starts now with things like:
-leftover salted potroast with coke or Really Raw honey
-shrimp cocktail
-leftover salted chicken wings with a baby aspirin and big spoonful of raw honey
-braunschwaeger with a half glass of milk and a Forto coffee shot
-3 oranges squeezed and strained with two tablespoons of Great Lakes (green can) gelatin and 2 boiled eggs with a little mct oil and wasabi (that meal is a whopping 28 grams of protein!)
-homemade custard with already boiled and now broiled and salted oxtails
-reheated leftover pizza topping and cheese (throwaway crusts) to eat as is or scramble with eggs
I love "Peating" ?

....and yes I refried my bacon in coconut oil, on the frittata. I would leave it out nowadays :)
