Raw Ginger Root & L. Reuteri

Hi,

I’m wondering if anyone here has heard of simultaneously using ginger root and l. reuteri (specifically l. reuteri atcc pta 6475). From what I’ve gathered, ginger has antimicrobial properties and I am curious whether this would negate the effects of l. reuteri supplementation.

Welcome to the forum, and excellent question....

I don't see much of an issue combining the two at the same time.

Actually, if you are wanting to increase the Reuteri population, I think Grains Of Paradise was able to do this...
