You might want to check out Haidut's posts on the subject.
I believe he has raised his own testosterone by mega dosing certain amino acids.
I think that's correct, if I'm remembering correctly.

Peat would probably not vouch for this method's safety, though.

For people who are recovering from long-term undernourishment, I think it tends to improve along with general metabolism when they get (ingest and digest) enough nourishing food over an extended period. I think it's another symptom that comes back to trying to get your digestion working better. In starvation conditions, the body wisely conserves energy.
Once you can eat enough food for a while, then any persistent symptoms might respond to more specific approaches. My :2cents

I was going to post essentially the same thing as Tara. You seem to be having a rough time Sugar. I think focusing on the basics and working towards being able to eat a larger amount of good food is going to do more good for you hormonally than any tweaks to raise testosterone will.
