Raising Cholesterol

I recently got my cholesterol checked and it was 100. I know that's really low. What are some ways to increase cholesterol?

Egg yolks and red meat. Did you happen to get your B12 checked as well? I suspect that would be mega low if your cholesterol is also low.

B 12 is actually really high. It's above the normal range
