To be honest, I have something similar to this on my phone, and I used an RF and Lf meter to see if it lowered my phone's output and I see little difference. Maybe it helps with super low frequency magnetic fields, but as far as 1-8000 radio frequencies...it doesnt seem to make a difference in what comes off the phone. It is not like you can magically stick your phone against your head now and be A-Okay.
