Am I interpreting this document correctly?
Interpretation of document
It looks to me like if an individual has a BMI of below 30 and is under 65 years of age with no major medical conditions then the individual will have access to antivirals if they are non-white but will be denied antivirals if they are white and non-Hispanic.
Community Interpretation
If I am reading the document wrong, please explain the implications of the following line from the document:
"Non-white race or Hispanic/Latino ethnicity should be considered a risk factor, as longstanding systemic health and social inequities have contributed to an increased risk of severe illness and death from COVID-19"
