Quinone Stacks

So, at one point I remember @haidut talked about Kuinone. lapodin, and Oxidal being his top 3 supplements If he had a choice.

I know how much he’s researched the amazing benefits to these structures.

Has anyone played with this stack solely and have any feedback on their results?

I currently use Lapodin and Kuinone... noticing great response from Lapodin.

Just curious of more people’s experiences with Quinones.

I also would like to know. I've been taking vitamin K2 with my vitamin D3 for the past year-and-a-half or so but I have developed heart palpitations anyway, and I am now wondering if there are other quinones I should be taking. Also, perhaps the K2 supplement I take is just of bad quality.
