So much easier going down, for me at least. I was having uncomfortable digestion and bloating popping a half dozen or so pills, but this method really has helped out. Mix them in OJ or water or a protein shake, all really good! Wish I figured this out sooner lol.
Anyone else have these kind of issues with gel caps and find this method to work better?
Also in general I find 'tablets' such as zinc gluconate, or even those gross-smelling b-complexes, to go down a lot better than gel caps. Wonder what it is about the gel caps that doesn't work for me.
