Questions About Eating Liver

I've been thinking how there is so much information on the benefits of eating liver, yet there doesn't really seem to be any kind of craving for liver or I don't really enjoy it like a good steak, I wonder what would be the impetus to eat liver without all the information out on its benefits?

who knows maybe cultures noticed benefit eating it after and made it part of their diet maybe they had large amounts of iron but tons of sunlight to increase copper absorption

I really enjoy eating beef liver now. Not the first time but I've developed a liking for it now

I've had a resource lately for fresh bison liver. They're extremely well taken care of, virtually wild and I believe know the farmer and his killing and butchering techniques.

It's absolutely insane how delicious it is. It's like an amazing filet, low fat, tender, flavorful with no harsh metallic taste.
