How long does it take to reduce serotonin?
Will it increase dopamine?
Does it have to be taken continuously?

Can I prevent the dissociative and drowsy effects?
Because I couldn't handle 1 pill before

to me it doesn’t reduce serotonin the way, say, 10 methoxy harmalan does. You can take it occasionally and it works very well. Taking one pill before bedtime is a good idea as you can sleep through the drowsiness.

I've not heard of that, will have to look into it.
For me I have the drowsiness and worsened dissociation for 24 hours after taking cyproheptadine

yes that can happen. It gets better to a great extent if you take a full dose several times, but it is always there. You can also try small amounts, like 1/4 or 1/2 of a mg.
