@Soren i see you experienced the symptoms currently known as covid19, if you have time to answer any of the questions i ask in the OP it would be great. Truly no pressure, i just try to invite people who have personally been diagnosed or believe theyve had it. Naturally one of he questions in the OP should be "How were you diagnosed and at what cycle threshold?" but i wasnt thinking that deep originally i guess.

-Where do you live: Country, City, suburb, remote? Canary Islands

-High EMF environment: Cell phone habits, wireless router, cell towers, 5G?
Relatively low EMF environment

-Oral health: fillings, root canals, xrays?
One filling but is not metal, no root canal, one x-ray in my teens.

-Health history: major events, obstacles?
No major health events.

-Diet: how long avoiding PUFA, following Peat? Organic or conventional food?
Been peating since about 2016 gradual learning process I would say I have been actively avoiding PUFA since 2018 although I could probably do better.

-Organs: surgery? Tonsils, Appendix removed etc..?
No surgery

-Heritage?
Irish/French

-Took NSAID on onset of symptoms? Dose?
Took 600mg ibuprofen on occasion but not every day probably 6 times over 14 days

-Medication: on any pharma drugs?
No pharma drugs but I was consistently taking cyproheptadine, metergoline, lisuride, lapodin, niacinamide, vitamin A, magnoil, pyrucet oregano oil and methylene blue. Of all those I feel that cyproheptadine helped me the most. Completely removed headaches and brain fog, metergoline also had this effect

Very high stress at the moment but that is due to this whole covid crisis basically closing everything down.

Not applicable

Good quality sleep, probably up a bit too late, not a mouth breather.

-Environment: movement and fresh air adequate? Nature time? Sun?
Plenty of sun and fresh air, could do with more time in nature but environment is already very nature filled.

-Environment 2: Live close to any hazards? Power plants, water disinfection, mills, airports?
nope

-Exposure: Where and how do you think you were infected?
Don't know

-Bacteria: co-infection or secondary infection? Prevotella?
Don't think so

-Vaccination: any recent vaccines? Which ones/one?
None since I was very young

-History: previous SARS or pneumonia?
Nope

Natural birth and breastfed

-Alcohol: what, how much and how often?
A few glasses of wine once or twice per week.

-Sexual activity: many partners?
Nope (again thanks covid)

-lifestyle: toxic cleaners and hygiene items or natural?
Nope

-House: enter with shoes? Good air flow? Mold? Esbestos?
Yes enter with shoes, airflow could be better, doubtful any mold, new build no esbestos.

-Tech: blue light exposure? Wear blue blockers?
Lots of blue light use blue light blocking tech.

My 2 cents: The only 2 things I can think of from your answers is that you may not be getting the protective effects of melatonin because of your high blue light exposure and staying up late. melatonin seems to be protective as a anti inflammatory, antioxidant (whose proper production also reduces serotonin?) COVID-19, Pneumonia & Inflammasomes - The Melatonin Connection - EvolutaMente.it both prophylactically and therapeutically against whatever covid is.

The other is that you got exposed to a really concentrated dose of viral particles somehow.

Considering your answers however I'm optimistic in your full recovery, hopefully soon. Feel better!
