Hello, so lately I`ve been searching to make a good list for my daily antioxidant intake.

So far I see that oregano and cloves scored top over other herbs in term of antioxidant amount.

I was wondering.. if I want to take oregano, how should I take it ? dried ? just leaves ? because I know that tinctures can make something more potent, but at the same time it's been said that alcohol destroys antioxidants, so I am a bit confused.

Would you suggest on goin to pick oregano tincture or oregano simple and just.. chew or eat the leaves ? or powder ?

What is the best form to take an antioxidant herb ?

Thank you

The wild oregano, P73 is a very potent and popular extract oil of oregano. It is reputed to be a better form of oregano compared to the commercialized forms that are just high in caravacols, but are not balanced. Check North american Herb and Spice for more product info: https://www.amazon.com/North-American-Herb-Spice-Vegi-Caps/dp/B001CN1GHU?th=1
Also, Dr. Cass Ingram wrote a book called the Cure is in the Cupboard, which is about the P73 wild oregano: https://www.amazon.com/Dr-Cass-Ingr...001DF7MBQ/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8
