Do you guys got a lot of water retention from any type of dietary fat?
(and low fat diet is the only thing you got rid of it?)

I have been dealing with histamine intolerance for about 7 years now, that I know of, maybe longer who knows! I don't think lowfat has had any bearing on it. Better quality of food has, and getting flouride and synthetic and chemical laden fabrics out of my life FINALLY turned things around for me. The I didn't get rashes, puffy eyes or even angioedema anymore, bloating was still an issue for me, until I reduced my liquid intake. I would catch up on my fluid intake at night and my heart would be pounding for the first few hours of sleep. I read on this forum recently that weight in the stomach or stretch in it causes histamines to show up for digestion. SobI cut out lots of fluids, which reduced that full feeling, such as water, soups and iced coffees, and started eat more solid foods with some fats, but no oils, and I wake up with a flat stomach now and retain it throughout the day! I wonder now if oils, even coconut oil, causes histamines?
