yep...potato chips baked until golden/brownish with a bit of coconut oil are very digestible to me.
Toasted bread is much easier to digest too.

I really enjoy Dextrinized baked potatoes with butter, always makes me feel great! I bake them at 350 for about 90 minutes, depending on the size. ( got this method from Atom)

90 min is too long... just cut potato into thin slices ( about 5 mm) and bake them on non-stick baking tray, each side 10 min (until golden)

I feel like my potatoes would be very cooked and crispy if I cooked them for that long at that temperature… even an hour at that temp overcooks them.. what am I doing wrong?!?
