Pursuing A No Starch Diet

Trying a no starch diet. I have eliminated starch quite a lot. But now it's total although if I eat at a restaurant, for instance a burger, I'm gonna have a bun.

My diet is

OJ
Milk (grass fed, 0 lactose, 0 fat)
Cheese (full fat, mostly raw milk, mostly grass fed)
Coke
A bit of grassfed beef or some wild shrimp
Eggs (2 or 3 a day)
1/2 of a carrot's worth of raw carrot salad
a few ounces of milk chocolate
1 - 3 teaspoons of coconut oil (76F., not hydrogenated)

A little T3 and T4

I'm trying this because I am still holding onto 25 or 30 pounds that I got when I started a Peat inspired diet. I think I have tried everything except no starch.

Starch seems to me to be a problem

Day 1 was yesterday. Today, smaller bowel movement for sure. Don't feel any different.

Hi.

I've found the eliminating starch completely helps with GERD, but having some starch helps with the liver/glycogen issue and I can sleep through the night without the help of a cortisol suppressing supplement. So for me it's an unhappy trade off.
