So biotin should help stuttering, you think?
This is what I think. I asked Ray about it and he declined to comment (he answered some other of my questions). I would not trust a stranger on the internet (like me :)) for these type of unverified theories.

That said its easy to get lots of biotin in diet. Milk, eggs, fruits etc should cover it. I did not feel tons of benefit from a supplement.

I think strong thyroid and removal of tension, especially developing strong muscles in the neck and abs, are best for it.

Got it...do you have a stutter issue too? It’s super weird for me...I’ll go weeks with perfect fluency then bam! Mild stutter returns. Ultimately it’s tied to my energy levels. Thyroid supp. has definitely helped however it is a delicate balance. Too much and it gets worse. Interestingly I found some relief from doing high doses of riboflavin for a couple weeks but have lost that affect. Aspirin has also helped. You are definitely correct that it is all tied to CO2.

Anything that's usually neuroprotective or beneficial with excitotoxicity will bring my enunciation, fluency and general ability to speak back up if it starts wavering

EDIT: I realized this is probably too vague to be helpful so I'll list things that have helped.
Ashwagandha (I wouldn't advocate using this though)
high dose glycine >5 grams,
meditation
any kind of progressive relaxation (probably both of these from reducing baseline of stress),
eleuthero (the one "adaptogen" I'd reccomend)
therapeutic lowering of stimulation (for example, if I listen to more than a few hours of music in a day my voice changes in an unfavorable way. Same if I game too much, or watch a lot of porn. Anything that's stimulating to the point of "taking you out of this world" can mess you up if you're sensitive to stimuli). this works in short term but comes with a withdrawal and causes other stress issues if you don't find a hobby or something to occupy yourself pleasantly

Thanks. Eggs and vitamin C always helped me @stsfut . I used to use a lot of Korean ginseng and rhodiola and they were noticeably great. Nothing beats a really deep, long sleep though

Hey guys,

Ive been looking for pure liquid nicotine supplement that you can dose & mix into water and drink or put under the tongue. I can seem to find it other than evape liquid with (proyline glycol & vegetable glycerine) which I don't know if its ok to drink/consume.

I have serotonin/cortisol problems all of my life and nicotine seems to help me with both of them. I stutter & have social anxiety & panic attacks. Nicotine helps but I dont want to keep smoking cigarettes such ive been doing for over 3 years. My throat is starting to hurt me from the cig smoke so I tried nicorette lozenges but they have bad aditives like other common gums...
Let me know if you guys got any ideas in mind for me.
Thanks for the help!

I read some articles about children who stuttered had improvements when given a combination of thiamine and magnesium. Try that
