I'm going to the doctor to investigate persistent pubertal puffy nipples/gyno. I'll be asking for tests for estrone (sulphate), prolactin, cortisol and GH. Any other tests I should ask for? Androgens (T, DHT)?

Ray has mentioned the ratio of cortisol to DHEA as an important serum indicator of stress metabolism - as high cortisol could be protected against by high DHEA, or normal cortisol could still be damaging if there is also low DHEA. [low DHEA would also indicate low progesterone, pregnenolone ect].

TSH is always useful if you can persuade your doc.

Would guess reverse t3 and taking temps/HR to judge thyroid if you aren't getting cbc for tsh.. D, calcium probably should be considered. You haven't mentioned much about your daily life/diet/history of trauma to your body or otherwise, and your general intake of supplements
