PUFA release from fat stores

I've read that PUFA being released from fat stores will cause some issues.
What issues are those exactly?

Well over time they will cause the degenerative diseases, in the short term they can trigger random problems.

What about fatty fish?......it doesn't seem to do much harm?

I've read that cod and sole are good fish for Peat followers because of their low fat content.
There may be others, but I don't know about them as of yet.

The fats in fish like salmon accumulates in cells and wreaks havoc just the same as other PUFAs.

Fish is high in phosphorous. I rather eat shellfish.
