Want to add a bit of flavor to my PUFA depletion diet.

For salty, starch cravings I "discovered" potatoes with zero fat quark (I add some MCT oil, it tastes almost like quark with regular fat content that way) (+ optimally some spices).

Which spices are the most suitable for a PUFA depletion diet, meaning almost 0 PUFA content?

I doubt many of them will have much. You can use nutritiondata to check and it will probably be accurate. I checked 3 cloves of garlic (just a random pick) and it has like 23mg of PUFA. A TBSP of dried basil has 43mg or something.

I use spices pretty regularly, not huge amounts, but a tsp of oregano here and tsp sage there. Haven't thought about PUFA in them really.

Just avoid the seed based spices if you want to be really strict; cumin, coriander, fennel, etc.
