Have you tried cyproheptadine? It should be great for that.

Bupropion is used to counteract SSRI ED risks.

Bupropion eventually should wear off and cause tinnitus.
Cypro on its own should cause sexual dysfunction by blocking dopamine.
I wonder if could be use long term to upregulate the autoreceptor according to the most popular pssd theory?
**** im tired of pssd

The dopamine blocking effect of cypro is pretty weak/selective as far as I understand, so a low dose should mainly affect only serotonin. Of course, if you are still worried about that you can always combine it with a dopamine agonist such as lisuride, bromocriptine, pramipexole, etc. Or you could try metergoline, which is actually both - a serotonin antagonist very similar to cypro but also a dopamine agonist at the same time. Just throwing some of the options out there...

No, Bupropion isnt a cure.

I hope chronic metergoline or cyproeptadine would upregulate the autoreceptor
I dont know if they antagonism the autoreceptor to be honest.
If this doesnt work, then pssd has no cure
