Emodin is found in cascara sagrada. I doubt much leaves the gut if taken orally. But it is wonderful for gut health, and loosens things up and speeds up motility. There is a topical form of emodin and lapachone (found in pau d'arco) that @haidut's company sells.
I don't know that turmeric is estrogenic. Some men have found it helpful for shrinking an inflamed prostate. It is difficult to get into the body as its gut absorption is poor. Solution is often piperine (or I suppose you could just use a bit of ground black pepper) which helps apparently. A buddy of mine uses it dissolved in butter or coconut oil.
