Thoughts on cured meats such as prosciutto? I know it's pork... but ray recommends pork skins, so this has a decent protein:fat ratio and only ingredients are pork, salt.

Yep. If its not organic you can be sure they were fed GMO corn and soy.
Also, never buy pork that came from Denmark. They are farmed like caged hens.

Hmmm I was thinking about this, maybe eating a pack of this (200-300 calories) every morning is not a good idea.... probably just ingesting PUFAs.

Shame, it was my goto breakfast.... Prosciutto+Honest Chips, so easy and can eat at my desk.
