As you know Aldosterone, Angiotensin II and Calcium Channels are major contributors of hypertension and related heart diseases. This study shows that prolactin increases both aldosterone and angiotensin through to T-Type Calcium Channels.

Stimulatory Effects of Hyperprolactinemia on Aldosterone Secretion in Ovariectomized Rats

CONCLUSIONS: These results suggest that hyperprolactinemia increases basal, angiotensin II- and KCl-stimulated aldosterone secretion by ZG cells in OVX rats through activation of T-type Ca2+ channels, the post-cAMP and protein kinase A pathway, cytochrome P450 side-chain cleavage enzyme, and aldosterone synthase, as well as by causing increased expression of steroidogenic acute regulatory protein in ZG cells.

How do you feel with the low prolactin? Would you say there is a link with prolactin level and premature ejaculation?

Best if aldosterone is kept low as it will leach minerals such as mg, k, cal in favour of sodium. Keeping prolactin low and salt intake higher will lower aldosterone.

Low prolactin helps with refractory period, but I also suspect it blunts the euphoria/endorphin/dopamine release after ejacs.

I need to consume copious amounts of salt. Yep
