Progesterone - Forms And Dosage

I'm about to start back up with progesterone after a long break. With dosing, is there a difference in dosing between the topical cream vs. the kind you put on your gums? And is there any difference in effect between the two delivery methods?

I use Ona's Cream, the topical delivery is slower in effect? She also does a sublingual vitamin e oil which is labelled as being x10 dosage as the cream (which is 10% concentration). I'm not getting on well with vitamin e oil though I think it messed me up
