Progesterone For Small Wounds In Three Year Old Boy

My nephew recently got in a fight with another boy, and it resulted in small wound next to his nose, like a pimple.

He also hit his head falling from the couch today, which resulted in a rather large bump on his forehead, with a pimple-like wound at the center.

I have applied haidut's Progestene on a wound myself a while ago, and the effect was remarkable. The wound was somewhat deep, but I can barely see any scar where it used to be.

So do you guys think one drop of Progestene, spread over both of his wounds, once a day (before sleep, since progesterone will make him sleepy), would be a good idea? I also wonder if the prog might help with the protrusion on his forehead. Thanks!

Probably a question for Ray. It is something I have thought about before and I would be very interested in his answer.

I personally do not think there would be any negatives.
