Looks like we've finally found out that my wife for sure has estrogen dominance.
Tested for both on days 5 and 21 of her cycle.
Day 5 - 4:1 ratio
Day 21 - 16:1 ratio
I'm reading that the preferred ratio is 200:1 or greater, correct? So in relation to other people that have had estrogen dominance, just how bad is this ratio?
Just looking to become more informed. Doctors haven't been any help with this issue. Even these tests, we had to order online ourselves to make happen. Doctors would not
