This research quotes many studies that show that especially prebiotics help someone loose body fat. I stubled upon this research while looking for a way to solve some gut bacteria issue. Any thougts on this? I remember reading that Peat does not advice for probiotics use so how come this study mentiones inprovements on reduced body fat and bmi?
