Would anyone care to elaborate on how valid the consensus is on PE ? Apparently, antagonizing 5HT1A and agonizing 5ht2c are the targets for resolution. I'm inclined to believe it, there's just nothing else that has shown an iota of relief. I can't say that the above references would help me, since I've yet to try them. Up to now though, nothing I've tried nutritionally effects those 2 functions in that way, simultaneously.

My genetic test said I should aim to lower my 2c since it's problematic for me (high), the funny thing is I have always had issues with lasting long if you know what I mean. It is not PE but it's really easy for me to finish whenever I let my concentration go.

What makes you think it's related to 5-ht2c and why increase it?
