Looking for some advice/resources on where to read more about potentially supplementing progesterone or pregnenolone. Their mechanisms of action, what conditions would they have benefit in, at what doses, etc. Currently struggling with a digestive issue that started after an extended fast, so I figure anything that is anti-stress would likely be beneficial.
