I just bought pregnenolone 1.7mg from IdeaLabs (topical). I am bit confused how much should be used. Daily production is 30-50mg right, so it means I should apply around 17 drops?I am female 40 years, I used just only one drop in the morning, one after workout and one drop before bed when I sleep very little because of my work schedule . It helps a lot I dont feel so stressedin the morning even after littlesleep. But not to sure if that works for me more like a placebo ( because I believe it will work) or it can have effects even in such a low dose? Also could that little amount influence gut motility? It just feel like it slows that down a bit in the afternoon and makes me feel very sleepy.
