Pregnenlone Blood Test Range?

Has anyone gotten there pregnenlone blood level tested and determined a minimum range or amount to be ideal? @haidut

I don't think pregnenolone test on its own would mean much unless it comes back high in which case it could mean lack of conversion downstream or overproduction by adrenals. Most official tests I have seen have a range that says something like "<150" and no lower bound. I think bottom 25% is not desirable unless additional tests for DHEA, progesterone and T/DHT show good levels implying ample conversion.
