I have a friend who has polycystic ovaries and high grade dyskaryosis due to HPV. She's roughly between 10 and 12 weeks pregnant. She's been getting worrying stabbing pains in her right abdomen, level with the belly button across to the right hip, oblique muscle area. They come and go, short lasting but for about two weeks now. She's worried that the PCOS and HPV could cause gestational diabetes/preeclampsia because it increases the risk. She's also experiencing morning dizziness, her bowel movements have been loose and she's been experiencing pins and needles.

What measures would you recommend for a healthy pregnancy? Any help/advice would be appreciated.
